Hi everybody!
Today, I want to write about nutrition. We have so many type of food that give as the necessary nutrients to live and be helty. But sometime, the process to cooking make it lose much of this nutrients. Also, the transgenic food and the food to buy cooking, fast food, etc. All this, don't have the neccesary nutrients for as.
But, don't worry! I have the solution for complement our feeding. The seeds!
The seed is an embrionic plant and source of nutrition. Seeds are life!
Don't exist another food that have this quantity of nutrient, and much more, this quality.
So, how to eat seed?
There is only one way to get the nutrients from the seeds and this way is eat them raw.
Always choose raw seeds without salt. Avoid seeds coated or toast and avoid seeds coated sugar.
You can eat alone, like a snack, or mixed with other food, like salad or sandwich!
